Responsibilities
Own and process semi-monthly, non-union payroll for ~50 employees using ADP.
Act as the internal expert on Yukon Employment Standards (ESA.
Ensure data integrity and clean audit trails to smoothly transition processes for high-volume payroll scaling next year.
Qualifications
Certification: Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) designation is required.
Regional Expertise: Verifiable experience managing Yukon payroll regulations and Employment Standards.
Software: Strong proficiency with ADP systems.
Attributes: High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the confidence to interface directly with regulatory bodies.
